  1. I received a Laughin Ogre gift card for my birthday in 2003 and drove from Cincinnati to Columbus (almost 2 hours) to check out this store. I am pleased to report that it was well worth the drive! The store is AMAZING! The guy behind the counter (I think he was one of the owners) was VERY friendly, and he wished me a happy birthday when I told him that I had a gift card waiting at the counter. The store is very organized, which made it both easy & hard for me. It was easy to find graphic novels that I wanted to read, but hard since they had so many great books! After spending over $100, and probably an hour or more looking around my wife and I left, and the employee wished us a safe drive back to Cincinnati, and to stop by the next time we were in Columbus. How often do you meet someone like this?

  2. I visited this store during Origins '03. This is a great store with alot of back issues at very realistic prices. The gentleman that was working was very helpful. There was also a nice selection of locally published books! I'll definatly stop in the next time I'm in Columbus!
