Most employees are long time gamers/comix readers. The employees are also motivated in that most aren't hourly paid, but salary linked to their areas performance. The store will special order anything currently available, and they frequently buy out stock on closing stores, so they have great access to Out Of Print materials. Frequently has gaming late into the night. Close ties with gaming/comix industry in MN. Fairly regualarly has some special occasion with great deals and all the free pop your bladder can hold! #1 for Comix and Games and Animie Movies in the upper midwest IMHO. |
