Bob (owner) and Jim are very customer-oriented. The store is very organized and if something isn't in stock, they'll get it for you. They keep several months of titles on the "new" rack, instead of bagging and re-pricing as soon as the new issue is out. They are always good for a recommendation, when you're ready to try something new. I've *never* had a problem with my subscription box or difficulty with a special order. They offer great discounts for reliable customers with volume orders. Great store!
