Please take all opinions expressed here at the value of what they are: opinions. The place they're at is pretty big. They keep a big selection of TPBs up front. It's a brightly lit commerical space that is always kept clean. The people behind the counter are pretty damned helpful and friendly (one of them even loaned me the Ennis run of Hellblazer that DC hasn't collected). They make an effort to ask new faces if they need help when they enter the store. They are amazing at pulls and holds. They rent out anime and asian action movies, but no role playing crap. They stocked Pokemon cards right when the beasties hit and got some new customers out of the deal. They've also been very instrumental in my switch from superheroes. (They play pretty good music, too). |
