It's a place where you can come to relax, hang out, chat with friends, and, most importantly, read. Our store offers an extensive selection of new comics and trade paperbacks, a reading area, anime and comic-related DVDs for rental, several of the more popular CCGs, and a gaming area. We host Mage Knight tournaments every other Friday and Magi Nation tournaments every other Sunday. Please take all opinions expressed here at the value of what they are: opinions. The store has a great selection and layout, and is very nice and clean. Plus, the people that own/operate Haven are incredibly nice. They will often go out of the way for you. They once gave me the name and number of someone selling a large colletion instead of trying to sell it to me themselves for a profit. Also, they recently sent several longboxes full of recent and new issues to the soldiers over seas as part of a community Christmas for them. If you want a shop that treats everyone like you are they're only customer and top priority, this is it. |
