Store Review:
PLEASE NOTE: The views expressed here are not those of THE MASTER LIST, but rather, those of people who have visited the store listed above. Please take all opinions expressed here at the value of what they are: opinions.

  1. The first time I went into this store, I was the only guy there. Women working behind the counter and women shopping. What a nice experience. The store is well organized and well stocked in the new comics and TPB/graphic novel areas. Back issues are scarce though likely due to the small size of the store. Very friendly staff. And another first ... I heard their advertisements on the radio. Reviewed by M. Weinman [7/13/10]

  2. Great employee friendliness, good selection, not overly clean, but I don't think a "true" comic book store should be. It's easy to find what you want - everythings organized very well. [7/26/07]

  3. I was kind of disappointed when I finally went to Halifax and visited the store..From all the advertisements I've seen, I was expecting to find a huge store, and it's actually a very small store, Now I'm not a fat or big person (I'm rather skinny actually) and I felt kind of cramped in the store, I guess that's the nature of having alot of stuff in a small place, the walkways between shelves have to shrink, The prices seemed to be higher than other comic shops. Other than that, the staff is REALLY knowledgeable, It's a relaxed atmosphere. So relaxed, they have a couch that you can sit and watch TV. [10/25/04]
