Now located at 68 York Street, across from Mazzucca's (around the corner from the old space on Queen). It's larger, brighter, with big windows and more room to shop and browse and more space to showcase the nifty stuff we carry! Please take all opinions expressed here at the value of what they are: opinions. This is an example of the ultra-modern comic shop -- lots of new material (comics, trades, games), fewer back issues. Full-service to the contemporary fan. Because it's in a college town, the capitol of its province, the customer base is probably solid, so the owner seemed a little crisper to a vacationer looking to learn about local comics culture. Still, there was local comics culture to be had -- minicomics, too. [06/23/11] |
